Practice notes

Nigel Cooke is a partner in our corporate group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (with a focus on cross-border transactions), group reorganisations, joint ventures and institutional exits.

Nigel’s recent experience includes: acting for Capita on the £888m disposal of its assets services businesses to Link Group; advising Rolls-Royce on the £500m disposal of its commercial marine division; acting for BBA Aviation on the acquisition of certain legacy avionic products from GE; and advising the shareholders of Romax on the sale of a majority stake in Romax Insight to Castrol.
