Joseph is an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Management group. He handles commercial disputes across a broad range of sectors. Joseph has particular experience dealing with contractual claims, professional negligence, business protection, and investigations & inquiries.

Joseph’s recent experience includes:

  • Advising a defendant in high profile expedited proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court related to Covid-19 PCR testing.
  • Acting for a Core Participant in the Manchester Arena Inquiry into the 2017 Manchester Arena attack.
  • Advising on a breach of contract claim for $4m USD relating to the supply of defective PPE.
  • Acting for the trustees of a pension scheme in a professional negligence claim against their former pensions advisers.
