Cristina is a senior associate in our corporate commercial group based in the Doha office.
Cristina focuses her experience on handling a broad range of corporate and transactional advisory work, which involve multi-jurisdictional issues across the MENA region and beyond.
Cristina’s recent experience includes:
- advised on the entry of a renowned financial powerhouse to the Qatari investment market
- advised on and drafted transactional documents for the implementation of joint venture structures in the oil & gas and telecommunications sectors
- advised an oil & gas MENA company on issues arising from a bespoke contractual structure in relation to a helium plant
- advised on a USD 225m construction dispute in connection with key World Cup 2022 infrastructure works between two Japanese construction giants
- advised on a USD 20m ICC arbitration against a MENA-based construction and engineering company
- advised on and attended a mediation between two major players in the Qatari energy market
