Practice notes
Erica is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management group in the UAE. She advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate and financial disputes.
Her recent experience includes advising a large international bank on local banking regulations following fraudulent bank transfers and acting for a group of investors in relation to the negotiation of a settlement agreement with a property developer.
Erica trained with Eversheds completing seats in Real Estate Litigation, Banking and Corporate (seconded to Dubai). Erica was also the first trainee to undertaking a secondment to the Royal Courts of Justice where she sat as a judicial assistant to several prominent judges in the Chancery and Queen’s Bench divisions.
Erica is a member of the LCIA's Young International Arbitration Group and the ICC's Young Arbitrator's Forum and is fluent in Swedish.
