Melissa is a Senior Associate in our Tax Department, having joined Eversheds Sutherland in May 2020.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Melissa worked as a Senior Associate in the Tax Department of a large Irish corporate law firm. 

Melissa has extensive experience advising a wide range of domestic and international companies including, private and quoted companies on tax planning and tax structuring for inward investment, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings and financial services companies establishing operations/availing of specific regimes in Ireland including, investment firms, securitisation vehicles, investment funds and fund managers.
