Daniela è un avvocato banking esperta specializzata nel project finance, principalmente nel settore delle rinnovabili. Daniela ha assistito con successo sponsor e banche, sia italiani che internazionali, in operazioni di project finance, anche cross-border.

Con oltre 15 anni di esperienza del settore delle rinnovabili, Daniela ha anche acquisito una vasta esperienza nella redazione e negoziazione dei principali contratti di progetto quali EPC, DBO, O&M e PPA.
Tra i clienti di Daniela vi sono banche, fondi, IPP e sponsor. 

Prima di entrare in Eversheds Sutherland, Daniela ha lavorato per le principali law firm internazionali ed italiane.

Daniela is a banking lawyer; her practice covers project finance transactions, in Italy and abroad, in the clean energy sector.  She successfully assisted sponsors and financial institutions, both Italian and international, in project finance transactions, also on cross-border basis, from development phase to financial close.

With more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector, Daniela also acquired an extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and managing national and international EPC, DBO and O&M contracts together with PPAs and other project contracts (lender and/or sponsor side).

Daniela's clients include banks, infrastructure funds, IPPs companies and sponsors.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Daniela worked for leading International and Italian law firms.
