Practice notes

Fazan is an Associate in our Commercial Disputes Resolution team. He acts on behalf of a broad range of clients advising them in relation to complex corporate and commercial claims.

His recent experience includes: defending a portfolio of companies from a claim brought by one of their shareholders for repayment of an alleged multi-million pound loan, with related proceedings in the BVI between the shareholders; acting for the largest supplier of energy and renewable electricity in the UK on a tort claim concerning the contamination of gas stored at a power generation site; and acting for a national distributor of forklift trucks in relation to a breach of contract claim.

Fazan is based in Birmingham and his caseload has a particular focus on clients in the automotive, IT and sports sectors.
