Gareth is a Senior Associate in our Planning, Infrastructure and Consenting team based in our Cardiff office.

Gareth advises on planning, infrastructure and compulsory purchase.

Gareth has experience in providing planning advice across a broad range of sectors including (but not limited to) residential and mixed-use development (including strategic advice), data centre acquisitions and developments, renewable energy, corporate real estate, and motorway services developments.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing sports (his passion being rugby).

Over his career, Gareth has presented planning law updates at various public and client conferences and has written articles on key legal updates.

Gareth has experience in providing planning advice across a broad range of sectors including (but not limited to) residential and mixed-use development, data centre acquisitions and developments, renewable energy, corporate real estate, and motorway services developments.

Gareth is regularly instructed to act for leading national housebuilders to provide planning advice in relation to large-scale residential developments, has acted on a number of multi-million pound corporate deals and has been instructed to provide planning advice in relation to multi-million pound data centre transactions and planning strategy for data centre development (including advising on Green Belt issues).

  • LLB (Hons) Law with minor in Criminology, 2009-2011
