Practice notes

Louise is an associate in our litigation and dispute management group. She handles a broad range of commercial disputes and contractual claims and also has experience in professional negligence and breach of directors’ duties work.

Her recent experience includes:

  • Advising on a claim against four former directors arising from certain derivative transactions entered into by the company in order to hedge the company’s exposure to foreign exchange risk
  • Acting on a multi-million pound fraud claim on behalf of a government body which involved multiple jurisdictions
  • Acting for a large facilities company in a £5m contractual dispute which arose following a procurement process
