Vincent Denoyelle is a Partner in the IP/IT & Data Privacy group of the Company Commercial department, based in our Paris office.

He specializes in internet law and information technology law, he has a wealth of experience in areas including: IT contracts, domain names, data protection, cloud computing, encryption, e-commerce, and social networks.

Vincent is also a domain name panellist for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Perfectly fluent in French and English, during his career he has worked for nearly five years in London, for a large international group specializing in consulting and recruitment, before returning to Paris. He has also been seconded to a major French investment bank, and therefore has specific expertise in relation to new technologies applied to financial services.

Vincent has been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. He holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in EU law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas), a Diploma in Legal Studies (Oxford, Saint John's College), and a LL.M in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (King's College London).

As part of the Palmarès du Droit, his team won the gold award in information technologies in 2019.

Vincent Denoyelle est associé du groupe Propriété Intellectuelle, Nouvelles Technologies et Données Personnelles au sein de notre département Droit Commercial à Paris.

Spécialisé en droit de l'Internet et des technologies de l'information, Vincent dispose d'une vaste expérience dans l'univers numérique : contrats informatiques, noms de domaine, données personnelles, cloud, cryptologie, commerce électronique et réseaux sociaux.

Vincent est aussi expert auprès de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) en matière de noms de domaine. 

Parfaitement bilingue, il a, au cours de sa carrière, travaillé près de cinq ans à Londres pour un groupe international spécialisé dans le consulting et le recrutement avant de rentrer à Paris pour rejoindre un cabinet international renommé. Il a également été détaché au sein d'une grande banque française et dispose donc d'une affinité particulière avec les nouvelles technologies appliquées aux services financiers.

Avocat au barreau de Paris depuis 2009, Vincent est titulaire d'un DEA en droit de l'Union Européenne (Paris II Panthéon-Assas), d'un Diploma in Legal Studies (Oxford, Saint John's College) et d'un LL.M en droit de la propriété intellectuelle et des nouvelles technologies (King's College London).
