Practice notes

Lieven heads the litigation and dispute resolution practice and has a broad experience in a wider commercial context.

His experience covers distribution law (exclusive distribution and commercial agency law), contract law in general, (product) liability disputes, market practices and private international law.

He is advising and representing clients in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector, diversified industrials such as chemicals and industrial engineering and in the retail sector.

Lieven was admitted as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar in 1996.
