Dawn is a partner in our Human Resources group based in Edinburgh.  She specialises in Restructuring and contentious work and focuses in particular in the Industrials sector.

Dawn’s recent experience includes:-

  • Acting for a Key Operator in the Semi-Conductor Market facing pressure from Scottish MP’s and the Trade Union to close during the global pandemic;
  • Acting for a world leading Supplier of Industrial Safety Equipment in a major restructuring project involving collective redundancy and financial assistance;
  • Acting for a manufacturing solutions provider following the decision to close down its manufacturing site in the provision of advice on all matters including complex exits and cross jurisdictional tax issues;
  • Acting for a leading manufacturer of heavy commercial vehicles and diesel engines on a project to consider the manner in which it handles Data Subject Access Requests particularly when in contemplation of litigation;
  • Acting for a producer of activated carbon to conduct a sensitive employment investigation into allegations of discrimination allegedly perpetrated by senior management.
