Bas Dieleman is a principal associate in our Human Resources & Pension Group working for ES Advisory in Rotterdam.

Within the field of pensions, he specialises in (1) setting up pension plans, (2) the tax treatment of pensions, (3) the amount of retirement benefits and pension contributions and (4) international aspects of pensions.

Bas has obtained a PhD in pension law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2012. He has written dozens of scientific articles and speaks frequently at seminars and webinars.
