Diletta è specializzata in diritto commerciale e societario e nel corso della pratica forense ha maturato esperienza nell’ambito del diritto amministrativo.

Assiste clienti nazionali e stranieri occupandosi in particolare di contrattualistica civile e commerciale, atti e adempimenti societari, operazioni M&A e redazione di pareri in relazione a diverse tematiche.

Inoltre, presso Eversheds Sutherland presta consulenza su temi di diritto ambientale e dell’energia, sotto il duplice versante civilistico e amministrativo.

Diletta si è laureata con lode alla LUISS Guido Carli di Roma nel 2013 e presso la stessa Università ha conseguito nel 2017 un Master in Diritto della Concorrenza e dell’Innovazione.
E’ avvocato dal 2017.

Diletta is an Associate specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a background in administrative law gained during her trainee period.

She assists Italian and international clients, working in particular on civil and commercial agreements, corporate deeds and day by day corporate issues, M&A transactions and legal opinions drafting on various matters. 

Furthermore, at Eversheds Sutherland she advises on energy and environment law’s issues, both under the civil and the administrative point of view.

Diletta graduated magna cum laude in 2013 at LUISS Guido Carli of Rome, where, in 2017 she also obtained a Master’s degree in innovation and competition law.
She was admitted to the Italian bar in 2017.
