Stephan Dunkhorst is a Counsel in the Labour and Employment Law/Pensions practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

As a certified lawyer for labour and employment law, Stephan comprehensively advises national and international medium-sized companies on labour and employment law aspects and also represents his clients in labour courts. He accompanies separation processes both on the employer's side and on the part of executives. He focuses on supporting companies with regard to the implementation of restructuring and reorganisation measures. Furthermore, he negotiates company agreements, social plans and company collective bargaining agreements. He accompanies and monitors employee representative elections in the supervisory boards of co-determined companies. He also advises artists and musicians as well as the Protestant Church on employment and labour law matters and represents companies based in Denmark/Scandinavia.

Stephan regularly holds lectures within the framework of in-house trainings or "Beck" seminars.

Stephan is a member of Deutscher AnwaltVerein (German Bar Association), Münchner AnwaltVerein (Munich Bar Association) and Deutsches Juristenorchester e.V. (German lawyers orchestra).

He studied law in Bremen and Würzburg and completed his legal traineeship in Copenhagen. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked as a lawyer and certified lawyer for labour and employment law for a Munich-based law firm specialising in labour and employment as well as commercial law.
