Dylan is an associate in our Employment Law Department, specialising in both litigious and non-litigious aspects of individual and collective labour law.
Dylan graduated with a BA in law and psychology (with distinction in psychology) from Rhodes University in 2016 and obtained his LLB Degree from Rhodes University in 2018. Dylan was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021.
He has experience in drafting notices and pleadings in the CCMA and Labour Court, as well as frequently appearing in the CCMA and Labour Court. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing his clients in, and chairing disciplinary and incapacity hearings. Dylan also provides advice and opinions on various aspects of employment law. Dylan has advised and represented clients in various sectors, such as sports, telecommunications, and tertiary education sectors.
