Practice notes

 

Sharon is a associate in our Banking and Finance practice group based in Rotterdam. Sharon has experience in all aspects of banking and securities law as well as finance and capital market transactions (including advice on security rights and legal opinions).

Her recent experience includes:

 

  • Acting for a large international financial services provider in relation to commercial disputes involving litigation and settlement negotiations;
  • Acting for a large international financial services provider in relation to reviewing and advising on internal policies and general terms and conditions;
  • Regularly assisting (international) banks and borrowers in finance transactions, including project financing in the energy sector;
  • Regularly assisting international investment firms in relation to license applications, regulatory questions and registration requirements.

 

Sharon completed her legal education at Leiden University where she studied law with a minor in business studies and a master corporate law.
