Natalie is co-head of our Living Group and also leads our Residential Development and Housebuilders Group.
She has specialised in residential development for over 20 years and is a recognised leader in this area. Natalie’s work covers both immediate and strategic land development. This includes conditional contracts, promotion, option and hybrid agreements, overage and ransom arrangements, development agreements, collaboration agreements, serviced site transactions, as well as company sales and purchases.
Natalie acts for housebuilders, land promoters, land owners and master developers. She has extensive experience in acting jointly for multiple housebuilders developing in consortium on large scale strategic sites and urban extensions. Her clients include Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon, Morris Homes, Miller, Kier, L&Q Estates and Urban&Civic.
Her experience includes acting for:
- Taylor Wimpey on the conditional purchase of a 3,500 dwelling scheme in Aylesbury, and prior to that that a hybrid promotion/option agreement with the majority landowner within the development area;
- housebuilder consortia on strategic development sites in Horley, North Whiteley and Luton creating new communities with over 10,000 dwellings in aggregate;
- Miller and Kier on a strategic development site in South Wokingham comprising 1,400 dwellings;
- Morris Homes on several building lease developments with Homes England; and
- Urban&Civic on the disposal of serviced land parcels at their 5,000 dwelling scheme in Corby.
