Laima is a senior associate who specializes in real estate law, construction law, territorial planning, and energy and renewable resources.
She has gained over 10 years’ legal experience working in the private sector, including as head of legal to a real estate developer in Latvia.
Laima has gained extensive experience in respect to real estate legal due diligence, assessment of land use possibilities as well as in development of spatial planning documentation. She has advised clients on construction processes and real estate investment projects. Laima has performed multiple complex and voluminous land boundary reorganizations and real estate composition restructurings. She has provided legal advice on matters related to the legal framework of joint ownership, separate use of the co-owned real estate, real estate encumbrances, real estate divisions, lease issues and property management.
In energy sector, Laima has experience in performing legal due diligence and supporting innovative solutions in provision of renewable energy services.
