English:

Yosr is an associate in our M&A/ Corporate department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in private law, and a master’s degree in common law. In addition, she received a certificate in negotiation skills from the University of Michigan (online), and has passed the Tunisian Bar exam in 2019.

Prior to joining our team, Yosr spent more than three years working on arbitral cases. She is also a former participant and coach in the Willem c. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Currently, yosr is a part-time assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Tunis teaching arbitration in sports-related disputes.

Yosr est une collaboratrice au sein de notre département M&A/ Corporate. Elle est titulaire d’une licence en droit privé et d’un mastère en common law et a donc une connaissance approfondie des deux systèmes juridiques. De plus, Yosr a reçu une formation dans les techniques de la négociation de l’Université du Michigan (en ligne) et elle a également réussi l'examen du barreau en 2019.

Avant de rejoindre notre équipe, elle a passé plus de trois ans à travailler sur des affaires arbitrales, et a participé au Willem c. Vis d'arbitrage commercial international Moot en tant que coach.

Actuellement, Yosr est professeure assistante à mi-temps à la Faculté de droit et des Sciences Politiques de Tunis, enseignant l'arbitrage dans les litiges sportifs.
