Alexandra is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property group and advises clients in all sectors on both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has a wide range of experience, including drafting and negotiating a range of agreements relating to the exploitation of IP (including technology transfer, licensing, assignments, NDAs, R&D, manufacturing and collaboration agreements).

Alexandra advises on IP aspects in corporate matters, including managing IP aspects of transactions, from due diligence through advising on disclosure and warranties to drafting IP-related transaction documents.

She is also experienced in relation to IP infringement claims and other contentious IP matters, including general commercial disputes, advising in relation to the protection and enforcement of brands, and resolution of disputes relating to copyright, trade marks, designs, and passing off.
