Practice notes

James is an Employment Associate in Eversheds Sutherland's Employment, Labour and Pensions Practice Group.

James has experience of conducting Employment Tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal, trade union detriment, whistleblowing and discrimination claims.

In addition to his contentious practice, James also advises on issues relating to changes to terms and conditions of employment, service agreements, absence/performance management, settlement agreements, and disciplinary and grievance procedures. James also conducts policy review exercises and drafts contractual terms.

James has worked with clients across a number of sectors including financial services, construction, retail, transport and logistics.
