Cordula Eube-Rousseau is a Principal Associate with a focus on notarial activities in the Company Commercial/Corporate practice group of Eversheds Sutherland in Berlin.

She advises national and international clients on all questions of real estate law. In this respect, she focusses on the provision of legal advice as well as drafting and negotiating services in the area of property purchase agreements, leasehold contracts and real estate portfolios.

Her area of advice furthermore includes corporate law, specifically company restructurings and mergers, as well as general contract law and civil litigation.

Cordula studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin and at Università degli Studi di Siena in Italy.

In 2007, she was first admitted as a lawyer and worked for renowned law firms in Berlin – also with a focus on real estate law and notarial activities. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in April 2020, she had been working for a federal authority for six years.

Cordula's recent experience includes advising:

  • in the context of real estate transactions
  • regarding the distribution of an estate worth over 10 million euros, which was highly complex on a legal and personal level
