Tracey is a senior associate with over 11 years' experience in our Construction and Engineering Team, which is part of our Capital Assets Group. 
Tracey specialises  in non-contentious construction procurement, applying project management skills.  Tracey has experience of numerous development schemes throughout the UK, and acts for a wide range of private sector clients in a number of sectors such as aerospace, education, health, finance, food and drink, retail and property.

Examples of Tracey's experience include:

  • Providing non-contentious construction advice to clients broadly relating to the drafting, negotiation and delivery of building contracts, letters of intent, parent company guarantees, performance bonds, professional team appointments, framework agreements, collateral warranties, third party rights and reliance letters;
  • Advising upon, drafting and negotiating construction-related elements of funding agreements, development agreements and agreements for lease;
  • Assisting upon the discharge of client's obligations pursuant to third party agreements, and conducting the management and administration of the completed appointments and building contracts, as required.
