Practice notes

Vojtěch Faltus is focusing especially on mergers & acquisitions, litigation, administrative law and competition law. He joined our office in 2015.

Vojtěch graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and he also studied at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius. Since 2013 he regularly participates as an arbitrator at international competition Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Apart from Czech, he is fluent in English.

Vojtěch se ve své praxi věnuje zejména oblasti fúzí a akvizic, soudních sporů, správnímu právu a soutěžnímu právu. V naší advokátní kanceláři působí od roku 2015.

Vojtěch absolvoval Právnickou fakultu Masarykovy Univerzity v Brně a rovněž studoval na Mykolas Romeris Univerzity ve Vilniusu. Od roku 2013 pravidelně působí jako rozhodce v mezinárodní soutěži Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Kromě češtiny hovoří plynně anglicky.

Vojtěch Faltus widmet sich in seiner Praxis vornehmlich dem Bereich Merger&Acquisition, Gerichtsstreitigkeiten, Verwaltungs- und Wettbewerbsrecht. In unserer Anwaltskanzlei arbeitet er seit 2015.

Vojtěch absolvierte die Juristische Fakultät an der Masaryk Universität in Brno und er studierte auch an der Univerzite Mykolas Romeris in Vilnius. Seit dem Jahr 2013 ist er regelmäßig als Schiedsrichter des internationalen Wettbewerbs des Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot tätig. Neben Tschechisch spricht er fließend Englisch.
