Elizabeth is a Legal Director in our real estate group. She advises on all aspects of non-contentious real estate work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and development transactions.

Elizabeth advises a number of major corporate occupiers on a variety of matters including disposals and general estate management work. She has particular experience in advising major corporate pension funds, dealing with a wide range of portfolio management matters as well as investment acquisitions and disposals.

Elizabeth has a strong interest in the education sector and advises a number of educational institutions on all aspects of their occupational premises and the real estate aspects of commercial and collaboration agreements.
