Max Findeisen is Co-Head of our Dusseldorf office and partner in our Corporate M&A product group.
Since 2006, Max has advised clients on multiple complex and innovative transactions and projects. His clients include domestic as well as international private and institutional investors, family offices and industrial companies.
Most of his work is across borders and jurisdictions. He supports his clients in particular with respect to share deals and asset deals, both on buy-side and sell-side, as well as with respect to joint ventures and club deals. In addition to his M&A expertise, he has comprehensive experience in corporate law and advises clients on questions of corporate governance and corporate compliance.
Max regularly publishes on current corporate law and M&A issues.
He is recommended as a lawyer for M&A by Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers as well as JUVE Handbook and Legal 500, both of which also recommend him for corporate law.
