Practice notes

Kim is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Human Resources group. She focussing in all aspects of employment law and data protection.

Her recent experience includes: advising various clients within the healthcare and commercial sector in respect of: Employment Tribunal claims such as discrimination, pay related and unfair dismissal claims; providing pragmatic reactive advice to commercial, retail and food and drink sector clients; she has also previously provided advice on high level employment termination negotiation.

She has written articles on employment law subjects for publication.

Kim Findlow is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (Fellow) and the Employment Law Association.
