Marcello vanta una consolidata esperienza nella gestione del contenzioso giuslavoristico così come nella stesura di pareri legali e contratti inerenti il diritto del lavoro. Marcello è abilitato a rappresentare i clienti sia presso il tribunale che presso la Corte d'appello e, se necessario, nelle procedure d'urgenza. Marcello assiste primarie aziende del settore industriale, commerciale ed assicurativo nella gestione del contenzioso giuslavoristico e nelle procedure di licenziamento collettivo nonché nelle procedure di sussidio di disoccupazione e fondi integrativi pensionistici.

Marcello ha inoltre maturato una significativa esperienza sia in ambito domestico sia internazionale in questioni di diritto commerciale quali contratti d'agenzia, deposito di contratti, lettere di intenti e di incarico, contratti di licenza, contratti manufatturieri, contratti commerciali, accordi di segretezza, accordi aziendali, accordi assicurativi.

Co head of Employment law and pension department of Eversheds Sutherland in Italy since June 2011, with more than 30 years of seniority as a lawyer, Marcello has acquired specific and extensive experience both in the handling of litigation in employment law cases and in advising on non-contentious matters. This includes inter alia rendering legal opinions, dealing with mass dismissal procedures with negotiations with trade unions, negotiations aimed at mutual termination of employment contracts, drafting of subordinate employment contracts as well as agency agreements.

In brief: Marcello has considerable expertise in every area of employment law. Marcello regularly represent clients in employment law proceedings before district courts, courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court and, when necessary, in urgent relief procedures.

He also has a thorough understanding of how companies work, having worked for a number of years as corporate counsel for prominent Italian and multinational companies. Marcello drafted the Italian section of Employment Law in Italy, Bloomsbury Professional and frequently publishes articles concerning employment law developments and case law interpretation on the national newspaper Sole 24 Ore and on the web portal having the same name. He is a lecturer in Human Resources Master’s course organized by Sole 24 Ore and in Master courses organized by Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi
