Practice notes

Ellie is an Associate in the Employment practice group working with clients in the higher and further education sectors.

Ellie advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Her work areas include discrimination and equality issues, atypical working, organisational change and TUPE matters. Ellie also works in partnership with clients, advising on negotiated exits, terminations, performance management, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
