Nora-Franziska Först is an Associate in the Labour and Employment Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

She advises national and international companies on all matters of employment and labour law, both in and out of court.

Nora-Franziska studied law at EBS University for Business and Law in Wiesbaden, Germany, and at the University of Houston in Texas, USA. In addition to her studies, she obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Arts in Business. She completed her legal traineeship at Frankfurt am Main Regional Court with an elective stage at Frankfurt am Main Labour Court. During her legal traineeship, she inter alia worked in the Compliance department of an international credit institution.
