Rebecca is a Principal Associate in the Real Estate group specialising in advising private equity, sovereign and institutional investors on inward investment into the prime UK property and property debt markets.

She has particular expertise in advising on complex development and leasing transactions involving both public bodies and has a thorough understanding of the interface issues that arise between public and private sector entities in complex transactions.

Rebecca is known for having a commercial attitude and getting to the heart of the issues quickly on difficult transactions, which delivers clients value by only focusing on the real core issues, which greatly aids in speeding up transactions to successful completion.

Rebecca's key clients include German and Luxembourg open-ended funds, sovereign wealth funds, UK institutional investors and lenders and public bodies.
