Phillipine is an associate in our Pensions team, part of the ELPG practice group.

Phillipine joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2021 having completed her training at another international law firm.

Phillipine has experience of advising both corporate sponsors and trustee boards on a variety of pensions issues. Phillipine has provided support on rule reviews and amendments, advising in relation to member disputes, ad-hoc advice on regulatory requirements and on a buy-in transaction of deferred and pensioner liabilities with a major insurer. She has also advised on public sector pension schemes and provides support to our corporate team in respect of potential pension issues arising on the merger and acquisition of companies.

Prior to joining the team, Phillipine gained experience in employment, corporate, and restructuring and insolvency law.

Phillipine is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.

  • LLB (Hons) European Law (German) (Qualifying Degree), Upper Second Class, University of Warwick, 2012 - 2016
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Distinction, BPP University, 2018- 2019
