Practice notes

Hannah Frahm is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

Her activities include advising national and international companies in the areas of M&A, Corporate and Commercial.

Hannah focusses on advising national and international companies on M&A transactions, in particular in cross-border matters.

She has been admitted to the Scottish bar as a solicitor since 2019.

Hannah has been a member of the German Women Lawyers Association (Deutschen Juristinnenbund e.V., djb) since 2012.

Since 2017, she has been a member of the European Lawyers‘ Association and, since 2018, she has been a national representative/recruitment coordinator for Germany and Austria.

Hannah studied law at Christian Albrechts University in Kiel and at the Institut Catholique in Paris.

She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein in the course of which she worked in Kiel and Frankfurt and for the German embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.

Hannah took a master's course in Comparative and European Private Law (LL.M) at the University of Edinburgh which she completed with distinction.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Hannah worked for the University of Edinburgh, the Scottish Law Commission and most recently for a renowned Scottish law firm.
