Francesco is a lawyer within the Commercial & IP Department at the Milan office. He mainly assists multinational clients active across a wide range of industries (e.g. fashion, retail, life sciences, food and beverage, IT and new technologies, etc.) both in non-contentious and contentious matters.
In particular, Francesco deals with the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements. He also gained a significant experience in the advertising, e-commerce, labelling and consumer law fields and provides advice with regard to the enforcement and protection of IP rights. Furthermore, he assists clients on civil, commercial, IP and unfair competition litigation.
Francesco graduated in Law with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude and recommendation for publication (“dignità di stampa”) from the University of Turin (2019). During his studies, he won the Prize “Giuseppe Sperduti”, a moot court competition organized by the Italian Society for International Organization (2016) and worked as a legal trainee at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (2017).
Francesco also attended the Legal Business Skills for Europe organized by the University Institute of European Studies (2020) and the CopyrightX Programme offered by the Harvard Law School and the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society (2021). In addition, he obtained a Master in Technology Law from the Scuola di Formazione Ipsoa (2021).
In 2020, he won a research fellowship in International Law at the University of Turin.
He is a lawyer admitted to practice law in Italy (2022) and he is registered at the Bar Association of Milan.
