Based in London, Keith is the International Managing Partner of Eversheds Sutherland, with responsibility for Eversheds Sutherland offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Keith is also a member of the Eversheds Sutherland Global Executive and Global Board.

Prior to this Keith was the firm’s International Head of Company Commercial and Corporate.

In terms of his own practice, Keith specialises in M&A, stock exchange and public takeover work and has over 25 years’ experience in international M&A, acting for a variety of private and listed companies, primarily in Europe and the US.

Keith joined the firm in 1993.

Keith is described by Chambers and Partners as a “proactive and personable lawyer who gets straight to the heart of the matter easily”.
