Sinead is an associate in the Human Resources Practice Group specialising in employment law.

Sinead advises on contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law across a variety of clients.

Sinead's non-contentious experience includes advising on day to day HR queries, sickness and absence management, employee terminations and providing employment support on corporate transactions. Her contentious experience includes handling a broad range of Tribunal claims, including claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, and discrimination.

Sinead also has experience of managing international employment law advice for clients, across multiple jurisdictions. Sinead is also part of the Eversheds Sutherland Immigration Practice and advises on all aspects of immigration law including right to work checks and sponsorship under the points based system. Sinead is also a "Level 1 user" for many clients.

Sinead completed her training contract at Eversheds Sutherland and qualified as a solicitor in September 2016. Sinead has an LL.M in European Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
