Practice notes

Naz Gauri is a Principal Associate in our Insurance and Reinsurance team. He specialises in all aspects of insurance and reinsurance litigation, as well as professional negligence matters. He acts for insurers, reinsurers, brokers and policyholders on a number of high profile cases. Naz has significant experience across a range of insurance business lines, including financial and professional, political and trade credit, property and specialty risks. In addition, he regularly advises in relation to professional negligence claims across a range of professional disciplines, although he has a particular interest in claims against insurance brokers.

In 2018 and 2019 Legal 500 ranked Naz as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in the area of insurance and reinsurance litigation. In 2020 he was identified as a “Rising Star” in the same field. He is also recommended for professional negligence work.
