Geoffroy is a Counsel in our Corporate/M&A practice in Paris.

He specializes in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring operations, in both domestic and cross-border contexts.

Geoffroy regularly advises French and foreign companies on their investment and divestment transactions, as well as on the setting up of joint ventures.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland in June 2022, Geoffroy has worked in several French and international law firms. He holds an LLM in International Business Law and Management (HEC Paris) as well as a Postgraduate Master degree in Tax Law (Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II).

Geoffroy est Counsel au sein du département Corporate/M&A d’Eversheds Sutherland à Paris.

Il intervient plus particulièrement dans le cadre d’opérations de fusions-acquisitions, de private equity et de restructuration, qu’il s’agisse d’opérations transfrontalières ou nationales.

Geoffroy conseille régulièrement des sociétés françaises et étrangères dans le cadre de projets d'investissement et de désinvestissement, ainsi que dans la mise en place de joint-ventures.

Avant de rejoindre Eversheds Sutherland en juin 2022, Geoffroy a exercé en tant que collaborateur au sein de plusieurs cabinets d’avocats français et internationaux.

Il est titulaire d’un Mastère spécialisé Droit et Management International (HEC Paris) ainsi que d’un Master 2 Droit Fiscal (Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II).
