Practice notes

Mostafa is an associate in the corporate commercial practice and is based in our Doha office. He joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2012.

Mostafa is fluent in Arabic and English which allows him to deal with the public authorities in Qatar on behalf of clients, both domestic and foreign, on a regular basis. He advises on corporate, commercial, employment, real estate related matters as well as industrial and manufacturing companies on their licensing and incorporation process. Mostafa is very familiar with the processes, procedures and practices of the various ministries in Qatar and has developed good working relationships with many of the relevant departments.
