Giulia si occupa di diritto societario e commerciale e assiste sia società nazionali sia multinazionali in operazioni di M&A ed in ogni ambito del diritto commerciale.

Giulia si è unita ad Eversheds Sutherland dopo aver maturato significativa esperienza come legale interno negli Stati Uniti e in Italia e ha anche trascorso un periodo di secondment presso gli uffici di Eversheds a Londra e a Shanghai.

Giulia ha conseguito un LL.M e un Diploma in Business Law presso l’Università di Berkeley in California.

Giulia is currently on secondment to the Shanghai office of Eversheds

Giulia is a Partner in our M&A and Corporate Group. She specializes in international M&A and transactions with a focus on the industrial sector. She also assists a broad range of clients, from some of the world’s largest corporations to growing and start-up businesses, with day-to-day commercial and corporate secretarial matters.

Giulia joined Eversheds Sutherland, after having gained extensive experience as in-house counsel in the U.S. and in Italy, and also undertook a secondment to the London and Shanghai offices of Eversheds Sutherland.

Giulia obtained an LL.M. Degree and a Certificate of specialization in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley.

Giulia’s recent transaction experience includes:

  • Luneau Technology on the acquisition of Next Sight S.r.l.;
  • Mutares SE & Co. KGaA on a cross-border acquisition of certain operations from Cooper Standard in Italy;
  • nLight Inc. on the acquisition of OPI Photonics S.r.l.;
  • SM Optics S.r.l., a company belonging to SIAE Microelettronica S.p.A., on the acquisition of Alcatel International S.A. optics business;
  • a leading consumer goods packaging company on the acquisition of a leading domestic packaging components manufacturer;
  • a leading automotive components in several extraordinary transactions.
