Tom has specialist expertise in tech and fintech deals. Tom's recent experience includes advising Experian on its acquisition of a 25% stake in FCA-regulated London & Country Mortgages Limited, global insurer Markel International's acquisition of the entire issued share capital of ECIC Limited, the founders of predictive analytics business Aquila Insight Limited on its disposal to Dentsu Aegis and advising GCI Telecom on its acquisition of the assets of Outsourcery.
