Katherine is an Associate in our Intellectual Property group and advises clients in all sectors on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.

Katherine has a wide range of experience drafting a variety of IP agreements, from IP licensing agreements and assignments, to image rights waivers and influencer agreements.

Katherine advises on IP aspects in corporate matters, including due diligence, advising on disclosure and warranties, and drafting IP-related transaction documents.

Katherine has a particular interest in the Consumer (including Media and Entertainment), Education, and TMT sectors.
