“Mathew is a Partner and Head of Employee Incentives in the United Kingdom. He specialises in advising global companies in respect of multi-jurisdictional incentive arrangements with a focus on the industrial sector.
He has a wealth of experience in implementing and advising upon all forms of equity and non-equity based incentives, establishing employee benefit trusts and dealing with incentives arrangements in the context of M&A transactions and IPOs. His clients range from FTSE 100s, global companies operating in multiple countries to large private companies.
“Mathew’s recent experience includes:
- acting for a listed global chemical Company in respect of the implementation of a new “all employee” cash based incentive scheme in 21 countries;
- advising an Italian automotive company in respect of equity incentive schemes for senior management in respect of its IPO on the UK Stock Exchange; and
- advising a glass manufacturing company in respect of the roll out of equity incentive awards in 11 jurisdictions.
