Thomas Graf is a Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich and a member of the Employment and Labour Law practice group.

His area of advice covers all aspects of employment and labour law. Over the years, Thomas has gained expertise in providing labour and employment law advice to support all phases of business transactions. Furthermore, he specialises in the legally sound structuring of using external staff.

Thomas is a co-author of a practical guide regarding the use of external staff in IT sourcing and of a specialist article on labour and employment law aspects regarding the remuneration of external managing directors of a partnership limited by shares.

Thomas studied law at the University of Trier and was admitted to the bar in 2015. Before he joined Eversheds Sutherland, he worked for an international law firm in their labour and employment law practice group.

His recent experience includes:

  • Advising a French listed company on the labour and employment law aspects of the acquisition of a German e-commerce company
  • Providing labour and Employment law advice to a public law entity regarding the outsourcing of a business (division)
  • Integration of a German company into an international group structure including the harmonisation of the framework conditions under labour and employment law
