Practice notes
Lucy is an Associate in our Competition, EU and Trade team which advise on a wide range of competition law matters including behavioural competition work; merger control issues under domestic and EU competition law regimes; and the application of competition law to commercial agreements and trading practices. Lucy has recent experience of working on a high profile CMA phase two merger investigation as well as a number of matters concerning subsidy control and state aid.
Lucy trained at Eversheds Sutherland, completing seats in Commercial, Banking, and Competition, EU and Trade. Lucy also spent six months on client secondment where she advised on a range of business and legal issues, including litigation, disputes, commercial, data privacy, regulatory and marketing matters.

- BA Hons English Literature and Politics, Newcastle University (2013 – 2016)
