Sean specialises in advising institutional clients and private investors and developers. In addition to large development schemes, Sean advises clients on all aspects of commercial property including receivership, funding, landlord and tenant, joint ventures, co-ownership and planning law. He is a recommended individual in Chambers Global 2011 and 2012. He has particular expertise in the office and retail sectors and currently works with our Insolvency Team advising the Receivers of several high profile properties including Ashford Castle and the Burlington Hotel.

Sean's recent experience includes:

  • Acting for the vendor in the sale of One Warrington, Dublin.
  • Advising the receivers of various properties including Ashford Castle, the Burlington Hotel, Kilkea Castle and Parknasilla.
  • Advising a landowner affected by the Poolbeg Incinerator Compulsory Purchase Order.
  • Advising the developer, Dunloe, on lettings in Cherrywood Business Park, Dublin.
  • Advising the developer on the disposal of a large Shopping Centre and Retail Park development for €100 million in 2011.
  • Advising the landlord on the letting to State Street Bank of its landmark headquarter offices in Dublin.
  • Advising the landlord of various shopping centres in Ireland.
