Practice notes

Emma is a legal director in the firm’s corporate group, advising on all aspects of corporate and company law, including M&A, equity capital markets work and private equity transactions. She has a broad experience of acting on group reorganisations, de-mergers and joint ventures for corporates as well as in advising owner-managed, multi-generational family and entrepreneur led businesses.

Emma has previously been acknowledged in Chambers & Partners as having “excellent awareness of business matters” and in the Legal 500 as being “technically strong” in her field. She has provided training and written articles on various aspects of corporate and company law.

Emma joined Eversheds in April 2018 from Shulmans LLP, where she was a partner. Prior to that, Emma worked for Addleshaw Goddard as a legal director.
