Alun is a senior associate in the Volume Property & Projects team in the Real Estate practice group.

Alun specialises in volume conveyancing and property work. He has considerable experience acting for a number of lender clients in relation to volume remortgage and conveyancing transactions, including more complex transactions involving shared ownership, staircasing, bankruptcies and trusts, as well as resolving difficult issues post-completion and dealing with premier / high value work. He has also acted on a volume basis in separate representation for lenders, probate sales, will drafting, the recovery of wrongly paid nursing care fees, corporate security-taking and easements for electricity equipment.

Alun has many years’ experience of managing volume teams and relationships with lender clients. Alun also has considerable IT experience, programming case management systems to introduce new changes to improve processing times and reduce risk, to on-board new client contracts in short periods of time and to incorporate new types of work that have not previously been case managed.
