Sigitas is a partner at Vilnius office leading on energy and infrastructure projects practice group. He also possesses an extensive experience in cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A and acquisition financing.
Sigitas is a partner at Eversheds Saladžius. Previously he was the head legal practice of KPMG in Lithuania. He has obtained the Executive MBA degree from the Bristol University, United Kingdom, he studied at Stockholm University and he also has a degree in L.L.M from Vilnius University, Lithuania. His professional experience includes acting as head of tax and legal at KPMG in Lithuania.
With more than 20 years of high-level legal practice Sigitas has developed a particular and thorough knowledge of cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A and acquisition financing, business sale - purchase as well as lease of commercial/ multipurpose real estate. He possesses an extensive experience in advising a number of local and international clients on real estate matters, real estate development and management.
Due to his deep and interchangeable experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure he has been chosen by RB Rail for the secondment in Rail Baltica project, an major infrastructure development project being implemented in the Nordic / Baltic region.
